摘要
妇炎克颗粒剂对临床分离的 8种致病菌体外抑菌作用研究结果表明 :妇炎克对革兰氏阳性菌中的金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌和肠球菌有明显的抑菌作用 ;对革兰氏阴性菌中的大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿色假单胞菌、奇异变形杆菌也有较强的抑菌作用 ;对白色念珠菌也有较好的抑菌作用 ,且优于妇乐冲剂。妇炎克颗粒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 2 592 3、金黄色葡萄球菌临床菌、大肠杆菌ATCC 4 481 5、大肠杆菌临床菌感染小鼠口服的ED50 分别是 2 .68g/kg、2 .98g/kg、2 .92 g/kg、2 .73g/kg ,且作用强于妇乐冲剂 (P <0 .0 1 )。
In_vitro bacteriostatic effect of Fuyanke Granule (FG) on 8 kinds of clinical isolated bacteria was studied.It was demonstrated that FG had an obvious bacteriostatic action not only on gram_positive bacteria,such as Staphylococcus aureus,S.Epidermidis,Hemolytic streptococcus and enterococcus but also on gram_negative bacteria,such as Escherichia Coli,Pseudomonas axruginosa and Proteus mirabilis.FG also had an bacteriostatic effect on Candida albicans,which is superior to Fule Granule.The ED 50 of FG on mice infected with S.Aureus ATCC 25923,S.aureus,E.Coli ATCC 44815 and E.Coli is 2.68,3.14,3.64 and 3.46 g/kg respectively by oral administration.
