摘要
以TLC法鉴别了该方中的金钱草、三七、补骨脂、连翘 ;又用HPLC法测定了三七中人参皂甙Rg1的含量。色谱条件 :惠普产Zorbax -NH2 柱 ( 4.6mm× 2 50mm ,5μm) ;甲醇 -乙腈 -0 .1 8mol/L的醋酸水溶液 ( 36∶90∶5)为流动相 ;流速 1 .2mL/min ;检测波长为 2 0 5nm ;柱温为室温。平均回收率为 97.80 % ,RSD为 1 .50 % (N =5)。
Herba Lysinachiae,Radix Notoginseng,Fructus Psoraliae and Fructus Forsythlae in Shuniaotong capsule were identified by TLC,and the content of Ginsenoside Rg 1 in the capsule was determined by HPLC,The chromatographic conditions were as follow:HP Zorbax NH 2 column ( 4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),methanol_acetonitrile_0.18 mol/L acetic acid(36∶90∶5)as a mobile phase,flow rate at 1.2mL/min and wavelength at 205 nm.The average recovery is 97.80% and RSD=1.4%(N=5).
