摘要
为了研究皂甙元在土壤中的环境行为,采用模拟方法,探讨皂甙元对土壤酶活性和微生物数量的影响。结果表明,皂甙元对土壤过氧化氢酶有不同程度的刺激作用。对蔗糖酶的影响是抑制作用,且对蔗糖酶抑制作用、恢复作用均表现的较为迟缓。低浓度(40 mg/kg)的皂甙元处理后对细菌、真菌、放线菌有不同的刺激作用,但是高浓度(80 mg/kg)的有抑制作用;对于硝化菌,不论是低浓度还是高浓度对其都有抑制作用,且抑制作用与浓度处理呈显著的正相关。
In order to study diosgenin to the soil mierobe and enzyme activity, the effect of diosgenin on enzyme activities in soil and microbial populations was investigated in a microcosm mimicking soil ecosystem. The results showed that, the diosgenin to the catalase activity had the varying stimulation degree, to the sucrase activity were inhibited action, and the inhibitory action, recovered function was slow, at low concentrations (40 mg/kg) diosgenin processing to the bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes had the different stimulation. But high concentration (80 mg/kg) had the inhibited action. Regarding to the nitrifying concentrations or the high concentrations all had the inhibited action, and between the inhibition and the diosgenin concentrations. bacteria, no matter was the low had a high positive correlation
