休闲农业标准体系研究

Study on the Standard System for Leisure Agriculture

目前,中国休闲农业发展已经步入调整提高的关键阶段,亟需对休闲农业产业发展中的关键环节和要素进行规范提升。通过分析国内外休闲农业发展的现状,理清了休闲农业及其标准化的内涵,阐明了标准体系建设对休闲农业规范健康持续发展的重大意义,初步构建了休闲农业标准化的体系。结果显示,休闲农业标准体系建设符合国家休闲农业发展的需求,标准体系建设紧密围绕业态、功能和关键点等要素,重点推进国家、行业和地方层面的休闲农业专用标准建设,尤其是建设与评价、服务与操作等方面的标准是休闲农业目前迫切需要建设的标准。

The leisure agriculture in China has currently stepped into the phase of adjustment and improvement. All the key elements about leisure agriculture are in dire need of regulation and direction for further development. On analyzing the current leisure agriculture development at home and abroad, the research probed into the connotation of leisure agriculture and its standardization, clarified the significance of establishing the standard system for leisure agriculture, and primarily constructed the leisure agriculture standard system. The results showed that establishing standard system meets the national need for promoting leisure agriculture, and the system construction should move round the key elements such as sectors, functions and key points of leisure agriculture, and focus on drafting the specific standards on national, industrial and regional level respectively, especially on the standards for construction and evaluation of leisure agriculture and the rules for services and operations.
