摘要
目的研究左房构型改变与脑梗死的关系。方法选择脑梗死患者56例及50例正常人,采用经胸超声心动图显示左房并记录左房三个径线,计算反映左房功能的参数指标;频谱多普勒记录二尖瓣口血流频谱并描记A峰积分和二尖瓣口血流总积分,TVI测量二尖瓣环心房收缩期组织运动速度(A’)。结果脑梗死患者较正常对照组左房充盈分数显著增高,左房容积明显增高,左房径缩短分数降低,二尖瓣环心房收缩期组织运动速度(A’)增高(P<0.001)。结论左房构型和左房功能改变仍是脑梗死的的独立危险因素。
Objective: To explore the alterations of the size and function of left atrium in patients with cerebral infarction . Methods : 56 patients with cerebral infarction and 50 controls were enrolled into this study. Three diameters of left atrium were measured and the function parameters of left atrium were calculated. The forward flow spectrum across mitral valve was recorded and filling fraction of left atrium was computed. TDI was used to measure the A peak of mitral vavular annulus. Results : Left atrium filling fraction, left atrium volume, and A peak of mitra! vavular annulus movement were significantly higher in the cerebral infarction group than those in the control(P 〈 0.001 ). Left atrium diameter shortening fraction were lower in patients with cerebral infarction than that in the control(p 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion: The changes in diameter and function of left atrium is perhaps one of the risk factors of cerebral infarction.
