摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI和CDE)对小肾癌(SRC)的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院健康体检中发现的小肾癌的影像表现。结果 11例小肾癌患者中,男7例,女4例,其中左侧6例,右侧5例,肿瘤直径均<3 cm。结论彩超对小肾癌可以做出正确诊断,且无辐射,操作简单,可重复性强,可视为小肾癌健康体检的首选检查方法。
Objective： To probe the value of color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） in the diagnosis of serenmpitous small renal cancer（SRC）. Methods： Retrospectively analyze the Imageologic characteristic of small renal carcinoma found in our hospital health examination. Results： 11 patients with small renal carcinoma including 7males, 4females, were retrospectively analyzed. 6Tumors were located in the left kidney, while 5 in the right,with the tumor size less than 3cm in diameter. Conclusion： CDFI had high diagnostic accuracy in small renal carcinoma, thereby could be of use in clinical diagnostic regimen
