摘要
针对油田功图量油的需要提出了抽油井示功仪的设计。采用NXP JN5139-Z01-Mxx作为主控芯片、加速度传感器ADXL202和压力传感器INA122U为传感器芯片,重点介绍加速度、压力传感器在无线示功仪装置上的应用实现过程以及载荷和位移数值的求解算法。实践证明本系统具有节能、稳定、高精度等特点,已经很好地应用于江苏油田的自动化量油系统中。
Pumping well dynamometer is designed for the needs of oil field automated transformation. By adopting the NXP JN5139-Z01-Mxx as main chip, the acceleration sensor ADXL202 and pressure sensors INA122U are used as sensor chip. The paper introduces the application of acceleration, and pressure sensor in terms of hardware and software. Finally, a special algorithm is used to get the displacement and load of the wells. It has been proved that this system is energy-saving, stable and accurate, which has been successfully used in the Jiangsu Oilfield automation of oil system.
