氮肥施用量对越橘根域微生物数量及根际效应的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用盆栽试验测定秸秆和氮肥不同配比对越橘根域土壤微生物数量的影响。结果表明,秸秆配施氮肥增加土壤微生物的数量,但过高的氮肥会抑制微生物的活动;加入秸秆重量1%和1.5%氮肥的处理,各生育期越橘根域细菌、放线菌和真菌数量明显高于其他处理;年生长周期内细菌、放线菌及真菌数量动态变化趋势为低-高-低型;不同时期不同施氮处理越橘根域细菌和放线菌数量表现出明显的正向根际效应(R/S>1)。 The soil microbe quantity and rhizasphere of blueberry were determined by added to corn stalks and different nitrogen fetilizer in pot experiment. The results showed that corn stalks mixing nitrogen fertilizer increased soil microbe quantity, but too much nitrogen fertilizer had restrain function to microbe activity. In the treatment of 1% and 1.5% nitrogen adding of straw weight, the quantity of bacteria, actinomyces and fungi were significantly higher than the other treatments. The dynamic variations of bacteria, actinomyce and fungi in blueberry rhizosphere were low-high-low trend in the annual growth period. Bacteria and actinomycetes of blueerries root domain showed a significant positive rhizosphere effect (R/S〉1) in different periods and different nitrogen fertilization treatments.
