摘要
针对传统电力系统中SPWM调制的逆变器效率低、可靠性差等缺点,提出了将SVPWM技术应用于光伏并网逆变器中,并在Matlab/Simulink环境下对逆变主电路进行了仿真。同时以TMS320F2812为主控芯片,三相逆变模块为主电路,在SVPWM逆变调制技术的基础上,引入单神经元PI电压闭环控制技术来改善并网逆变器的输出波形,并研制了一台220 V/50 Hz的并网逆变器样机。仿真结果表明,设计方案的可行性和有效性,样机结果表明,该并网逆变器具有硬件电路简单,输出电压谐波畸变率低,电压稳定等优点。
Aiming at the disadvantage of inverter based on traditional SPWM modulation in power system, of which efficiency is not high and the reliability is bad, so SVPWM technology used in photovohaic grid-connected inverter is proposed and its main circuit is simulated under the environment of Matlab/Simulink. Meanwhile the main control chip is TMS320F2812 and the main circuit is three-phase inverter module, based on SVPWM modulation technology,the single neuron PI voltage closed-loop control method is used to improve the output voltage wave quality of the Grid-connected inverter and a 220 V/50 Hz Grid-connected inverter is developed. According to the simulation results, they prove that the design is feasible and effective. And according to prototype experimental results ,the designed Grid-connected Inverter has the advantages of simple hardware circuit, the low output voltage harmonic distortion and voltage stability.
