摘要
针对宽带射频放大电路提出一种基于滤波器理论的快速有效的匹配方法。匹配过程从分析输入、输出阻抗类型入手,并根据不同的电抗元件插入匹配网络后产生的不同影响,结合史密斯圆图给出的反射系数轨迹,逐步确定插入的电抗类型,并应用EDA快速计算出器件值。最后将集总元件转化为微带形式并利用ADS进行优化和后仿真验证,完成工作在2.4GHz~5.9GHz频率范围内增益大于15dB,回波损耗小于-10dB的宽带低噪声放大器的匹配网络设计。
A new fast and efficient broadband matching method based on filter theory is presented. Matching process to start with the analysis of the load reactance type of output or input impedance, and then according to the different effects caused by inserting different reactance components into the matching network and the reflection coefficient trajectory given by the Smith chart, we gradually decided what kind of reactance devices needed to insert into the matching network. The device value will be given by EDA software the same time. At last, the lumped components were converted into microstrip form. When it operates at 2.4 GHz - 5.9 GHz, the LNA achieves gain greater than 15 dB and return loss lower than -10 dB.
