摘要
在分子水平上,生物复杂性的进化在很大程度上由基因重复和相互作用网络的进化决定。本文概述了重复基因的起源、命运、生物效应及其所受的进化选择。阐述了相互作用基因的协同进化关系及其机制,讨论了相互作用网络的进化与基因重复的关系,分析相互作用基因和重复基因的进化及两者之间的关系,增加对生物复杂性进化的理解。
At the molecular level, the evolution of biological complexity, to great extent, is decided by reiterated genes and the evolution of interaction network. The paper discusses the relationship of the two and summarizes the origin, fate, biological effect and evolutory choice of reiterated genes, expounds the cooperative evolutionary relationship of the interactive genes and their mechanism as well as the evolution of the interactive and reitera- ted genes and suggests that we can understand better the evolution of biological complexity by making a synthetical research on the two.
