摘要
科研项目是衡量科研单位综合科技实力的重要标志,而科研经费是保证科研项目顺利实施的重要因素。本文主要分析了科学事业单位在科研经费管理中存在的问题,并根据作者实际工作情况,提出了相关解决办法和应对措施。
Scientific research items proves the crucial symbol measuring comprehensive forces of scientific researching units technology, while researching funding turns out to be the paramount factors ensuring items＇ smooth execution. The essay mainly analyzed existing problems in scientific researching fundings＇maintenance of scientific researching units and promoted related solutions and measurements in accordance with practical working condition.
