摘要
高职专科层次的学前教育专业人才培养是我国幼儿教师职前教育的一种新形式。本文在分析高职专科学前教育专业特性的基础上,理论结合实践,尝试对高职学前教育专业人才培养模式中的人才培养目标与课程教学模式进行探索,旨在进一步形成系统、完善的人才培养模式和培养方案,提高高职专科学前教育专业人才培养质量,丰富幼儿教师教育理论研究。
