Core Curricula Construction and Teaching Material Development of Business Administration Major

随着高等职业教育的蓬勃发展,市场上对基础管理人才的需求逐步增加,如何培养符合企业需求的综合性基础管理人才,成为高职院校工商管理专业急需解决的问题。本文以陕西青年职业学院多年的实践经验为基础,就高职工商企业管理专业在核心课程建设、教材开发与教学方法的运用等几个方面进行全面阐述和讨论,以期对加快专业课程建设与发展提出建设性意见。

With the booming development of vocational education, markets＂ demands for basic management talents increases gradually. How to cultivate comprehensive basic maintenance talents fitting for enterprise＇s demand has become an urgent problems for vocational college＇s specialty of business administration specialty to solve. Based on practical experience of Shaanxi Youth Voca- tional College, the essay intends to execute an overall statement and discussion on business admin- istration specialty of vocational colleges＂ core curricula construction, teaching materials＂ develop- ment and utilization of teaching approaches, intends to promote constructive proposals on quicken- ing specialty curricula establishment.
