摘要
大理州贫困地区中小学教育基础薄弱且发展不平衡,师资紧缺,教师整体素质和专业水平不高,师资队伍不稳定,教学质量低等问题突出。从健全民族贫困地区中小学教师队伍建设制度,建立民族贫困地区中小学师资培养与高校毕业师范生双向选择的互动共赢机制,加大民族贫困地区中小学少数民族双语教师培养,完善民族贫困地区中小学教师培训体系和推行公益组织补充民族贫困地区中小学师资力量机制等五个方面进行思考和提出建议。
