On the Training Model of Countryside Primary School Teachers for English Majors

农村小学教师的培养是发展农村基础教育的重要条件。通过对昭通市农村小学教师专业素质和教学现状的调查分析,对外语系毕业生就业现状的调查了解,提出高职高专英语教育专业农村小学教师的培养模式。

Teachers-training is important for the educational development in the rural area. Through the investigation into the specialized qualities of countryside primary school teachers in Zhaotong and the graduates in English department, the author put forward a training model of countryside primary school teachers for English majors.
