摘要
目的:分离鉴定雾水葛全草的化学成分。方法:运用多种色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从雾水葛全草中分离出14个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、(-)表儿茶素(4)、α-香树脂醇(5)、丁香基-β-芸香糖苷(6)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(7)、东莨菪苷(8)、黄芩素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(9)、东莨菪素(10)、槲皮素(11)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)、洋芹素(13)、2α-羟基乌苏酸(14)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective :To study the chemical constituents of Pouzolzia zeylanica. Methods : Many chromatography means were used in separation and purification, and the structures of all compounds were identified by the means of spectroscopic analysis and physico- chemical properties. Results: 14 compounds were elucidated as :β-sitosterol ( 1 ), daucosterol (2), oleanolic acid (3), epicatechin (4), a- amyrin( 5 ), eugenyl-β-rutinoside ( 6 ), 2a, 3a, 19α-trihydroxyurs-12 -en-28 -oic ( 7 ), scopolin ( 8 ), scutellarein-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside ( 9 ), scopoletin ( 10 ), quercetin ( 11 ), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside ( 12 ), apigenin ( 13 ), 2α-hydroxyursolic acid ( 14 ). Conclusion: All com- pounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
