摘要
通过对双极晶体管生产工艺的理论分析,结合在双极磷扩线上实验所获得的数据,阐述双极晶体管的生产工艺中开关时间的控制因素,以及提高开关速度的途径.
Through the theoretical analysis of bipolar transistors production technology, based on the experimental data obtained on bipolar spread online, the paper describes the control factors of bipolar transistor＇s switching time in the production process and explores the way to improve the switching speed.
