牙釉质和牙本质漂白后短期牙齿颜色回复中的研究

The study of the enamel and the dentin to the teeth color regression after bleaching a short time

目的:探讨牙齿漂白3周颜色回复中牙釉质和牙本质颜色回复对牙齿颜色回复的影响。方法:将12颗刚拔除的人前磨牙沿牙长轴从唇(颊)舌方向剖开、去髓,使用家庭漂白法(15%CP 8h/d×14d)漂白样本,分别于漂白即刻、3周时用Crystaleye电脑比色仪测量牙齿唇(颊)面靠近牙长轴方向的切端、体部、颈部颜色及相对应剖面切端、体部、颈部颜色,分析漂白前后的ΔE值的变化。结果:家庭漂白一个疗程结束后观察3周,牙釉质和牙本质分别出现了不同程度的回复。表面观牙齿切端、体部、颈部三部位颜色回复量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);剖面观体部、颈部牙本质颜色回复量较剖面牙釉质大但两者回复量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),剖面牙釉质与牙本质回复量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。牙齿表面与剖面各部位对比发现,切端表面牙釉质与切端剖面牙釉质颜色差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),体部、颈部牙齿颜色和对应部位剖面牙本质颜色回复量均有差异(P<0.05)。结论:漂白后牙釉质颜色及牙本质颜色短期内均出现一定程度的回复,均对牙齿颜色回复造成影响。

Objective： To observe the influence of the color relapse of enamel and dentin to the teeth color changes after bleaching 3 weeks. Methods： Twelve freshly extracted teeth were selected and sectioned along the long axis of tooth in buccolingual direction, followed by pulp removement. The home bleaching method （15%CP, 81Vday×14） was used to treat the samples. The color of the dental cusp, the middle and neck of the tooth on the lip surface near the middle-line, and of the enamel ,and dentin in the dental cusp, the middle and neck of the tooth on the section were measured by the Crystaleye spectrophotometer, then analyzed changes of the AE values immediately after bleaching and three weeks later. Results： After being bleached 3 weeks, we found, in various degree, the enamel and dentin regressed.On the surface view, the color regression at incisal, cervical and the body part of teeth had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. On the profile view, the color of cervical and body part of dentin changed greater than the enamel, but there was no significant difference between them （P 〉 0.05）. However, The color changes of dentin and enamel were significantly different（P 〈0.05）. The incisal surface of enamel was not significantly different with the related profile surface （P 〉0.05）, but there were statistical differeces with dentin（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： After bleaching, the color of enamel and dentin were confirmed to have a certain degree of reolv to influence the tooth color.
