摘要
利用傅立叶级数展开的方法推导了特定谐次扭角计算公式,利用MicroAutoBox进行了特定谐次扭振实时观测器开发,在DEUTZ1013的试验平台上对系统的功能进行了试验验证;研究了采样步长、傅里叶变换周期数对扭振角位移计算精度的影响,为研究基于分缸控制的柴油机主动扭振抑制方法奠定了基础.试验结果表明,选择2个傅里叶变换循环和20°CA采样步长较好,其计算结果的误差均小于5%.
A formula of a specific harmonic torsional vibration was derived by use of Fourier series expansion. A torsional vibration observer was developed in MicroAutoBox, and its functions were verified on the test bench of a DEUTZ1013. The influences of the sampling step and Fourier period were studied on the calculation precision of the torsional vibration amplitude, which can be the foundation to further research on the active control of torsional vibration based on "injection vector" control of each cylinder. The testing results indicate that the calculation error is less than 5% if choosing both 2 Fourier periods and 20℃CA sampling step.
