装甲车辆发动机不解体清洗技术研究

摘要 针对装甲车辆发动机工作一段时间后性能下降需要拆解维修保养的问题,提出了不解体清洗技术方法,研制了专用的清洗剂、清洗装置和控制与检测系统,通过台架试验和实际使用,证明对于装甲车辆发动机具有良好的清洗效果. The power device of an armored vehicle showed poor performance after it has worked for a long period, often needing to be dismounted for repair and maintenance. In accordance with the service need, a method of using non-disintegrated cleaning was put forward. Special compound lotion, cleaning equipment, and corresponding control and testing system were developed. The results of both bench test and actual use indicated that the technology was of a good effect for cleaning the engine of the armored vehicle.
