On Investigation Effect:Structure,Scope and Rule

侦查效果虽然是常见的概念,却有着复杂的认识结构,包括认识主体、认识客体、认识关系。侦查效果是一种有层次地区分主体的地方化的认识结果。认识论意义上的复杂性导致了侦查效果范畴的复杂性。由此衍生出了侦查效果的两个规律,即侦查主体需求和环境因素决定侦查效果的选择,侦查能力和社会治安情势决定侦查效果的实现程度。

Although investigation effect is an ordinary concept, it has complicated cognitive structure including cognitive subject, object and relationship. It is a cognitive result with levels to distinguish subject＇s localization. The complex of epistemology leads to the difficulty of investigation effect scope. Two rules have deprived from it and that is： investigation subject need and enviromnent determines the choice of investigation effect; investigation skill and social security condition determines the achievement of investigation effect.
