罪犯行刑心理的稳定性,是罪犯对监狱的行刑环境和行刑方式,在其内心深处与监狱的监管安全信息相碰撞、相衍生、相交织,表征在语言、行为、表情等具象活动中所进行的一种心理思维和思想意识。其行刑心理稳定与否,是监管安全的直接之源,也是监管安全的控制之源。其行刑心理因其排斥心理、情绪变化、阅历差异和性格冲撞而变异,通过望闻问切法、重点排查法、心理暗示法、信息分析法和气象预报法等,可望对罪犯的行刑心理作出稳定与否的研判与分析。

The criminals＇ psychological stability when they are executed is criminals＇ psychological thought and ideology in words, behaviors and feelings towards execution situation and execution ways. The psychological stability is very important to prison management security. There are many diffcrences in their execution psychology becaus of rejection can be analyzed and predicted by the ways of inquiring, troubleshooting,psychological suggesting, information analyzing,weather forecasting and investigating on personnel.
