"有闻必录"作为近现代中国报刊重要的指导思想,对我国近代报刊的发展影响深远。"有闻必录"的产生原因主要包括:特定时局中报人利用"有闻必录"启蒙国人;报人为推卸责任而刻意强调"有闻必录";商业报纸用"有闻必录"来促进营销;政局多变、交通通讯不便等情况下只能"有闻必录"。"有闻必录"新闻观的发展演变,经历了一个由肯定到否定的过程,也反映了我国早期报人在新闻价值认知上的成长。
