宗教慈善组织的发展困境及治理转型探索——基于广西佛教济善会的个案分析

The Development Difficulties of the Religious Charity Organizations and the Exploration of Their Governance Transition——Based on the Case Analysis of the Buddhism Charity of Guangxi

文章以广西佛教济善会为研究个案,对其价值承载、发展困境等进行深入的分析,并从我国宗教慈善组织发展的外部动力机制、管理体制的内部改革治理、慈善行为的有效动员、社会服务领域拓展、社会救助能力提升、健全社会监督机制等方面,探索转型时期我国宗教慈善组织的专业化、规范化、特色化、国际化、长期化的发展路径。

Taking the Buddhism Charity of Guangxi as the studying case this paper thoroughly an- alyses its carrying value, organization structure, operation mode, development difficulties, etc, and tries to explare the specialization, standardization, characterization, internationalization and long- term development path of our religious charity organizations in the period of transition from the aspects of exterior driving mechanism, internal reform and governance of management system, ef- fective mobilization of charity behavior, expanding the areas of social service, improving the ability of social rescue, improving social supervision mechanism, etc.
