摘要
应用RT-PCR扩增技术,建立人类脂肪瘤高速泳动蛋白融合伴侣类基因LHFPL2在人体内(肺、胎盘、前列腺、卵巢、肾、肝、心、膀胱、骨骼肌、脑、结肠、睾丸、子宫、胃)的组织表达谱,组织表达谱显示LHFPL2在前列腺、膀胱组织中均有表达。为进一步研究其生物学功能,构建pEGFP-C1/LHFPL2融合载体转染细胞,亚细胞定位显示,LHFPL2在整个细胞中均有分布,以细胞核中较多。LHFPL2基因组织表达谱的建立及亚细胞定位,为进一步深入研究LHFPL2的生物学功能奠定基础。
Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction analysis showed that LHFPL2 was specifically expressed in the brain, pancreas and placenta. In order to investigate its biological function , we constructed the eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-C1/LHFPL2. Green fluorescence protein localization analysis showed that LHF_PL2 was mainly localized in the nucleus , but with a minor distribution in the entire cell . In this study, the expression pattern and subcellular localization of human LHFPL2 provided a reliable tool for the further study of its biological function .
