摘要
在单因素试验基础上,以发酵底物组成、水料比、硫酸铵含量和硫酸亚铁含量为试验因子,以游离棉酚脱毒率为响应值,进行L9(34)正交试验,研究棉籽粕发酵底物中各因素对游离棉酚降解效果的影响。结果表明:影响发酵棉籽粕游离棉酚含量的4个因素主次顺序为水料比、发酵底物组成、硫酸铵含量、硫酸亚铁含量。正交试验表明,最优脱毒棉籽粕组成条件为:发酵底物97.4%(其中棉籽粕70%、麸皮15%、玉米粉15%),硫酸铵含量2%,硫酸亚铁含量0.6%,水料比0.8。
To study on the detoxification effect of cottonseed meal treated with different substrate by multi-strain mixed solid fermentation, based on the single-factor test, the fermentation suhstrate composition, the moisture content of the substrate, the ammonium sulfate content and the content of ferrous sulfate as independent variables were selected, with the removal rate of the free gossypol as the value of response, using L9 (34) orthogonal experiment to study the impact of various factors on the degradation of free gossypol. Range analysis showed that the impact fermented cottonseed meal free gossypol content of the four factors of the primary and secondary order was: the ratio of water〉 fermentation substrate composition〉the content of ammonium sulfate〉the content of ferrous sulfate. Using orthogonal experiment analysis methods, the optimal detoxification cottonseed meal composition were: 97.4% cottonseed meal (cottonseed meal substrate composed by 70% cottonseed meal, 15 % wheat bran and 15 % corn flour), the content of ammonium sulfate was 2%, ferrous sulfate content was 0.6% and the ratio of water was 0. 8
