摘要
目前,集体健身以其独特的健身功效和愉悦功能在青岛迅速普及并持续升温,特别是在健身房中,由于各种条件的限制,健身爱好者均以集体健身为主要锻炼手段,但因对集体健身缺乏正确认识,致使健身爱好者流动性大、持续性差。本文通过调查法、文献资料法并结合自身实践对健身指导员在集体健身中如何改善此状况提出自己的意见。
Collective body-building becomes famous for its special body-building and entertainment function in Chengdu nowadays.People use collective body-building as a main way to exercise,but most of them lacks of a correct cognition which results in a big fluidity and worse durative.This paper uses investigation,documentary method and combining the author' understand to put up with the ideas.
