大连市高校高水平运动队教练员执教水平主要能力因素研究

本研究结合普通高校高水平运动队发展的实际情况,从教练员执教水平、执教能力角度切入。运用问卷调查法,对大连市普通高校高水平教练员执教过程中应具有的能力进行分析研究。研究结果表明:健将级运动员在"选材能力"、"信息运用"上,要高于一、二级运动员;男运动员要求教练员有很强的"情绪控制力";四年级运动员在要求教练员"撰写论文能力"方面高于其他三个年级。

This research is combined with the ordinary university high level sports teams to the actual situation of development, from the coaches coach level, coaching ability direction.
