摘要
目的 了解人型支原体 (Mh)耐四环素株耐药性状 ,指导临床用药。方法 对临床感染标本中分离的 51株Mh分别进行了药物敏感试验和tetM基因检测。结果 51株Mh有 31株 (6 0 .78% )带有tetM基因 ,其中 2 5株 (四环素MIC≥ 32mg/L)对美满霉素 (XG16 .4 5mg/L)、环丙沙星 (XG8mg/L)、强力霉素 (XG5.58mg/L)和氧氟沙星 (XG4 .35mg/L)交叉耐药。51株Mh对罗红霉素与阿奇霉素呈高度抵抗 ,其MIC90 均为12 8mg/L ,但对交沙霉素敏感 (MIC90 0 .2 5mg/L)。结论 提示耐四环素的Mh株对美满霉素、环丙沙星、强力霉素和氧氟沙星呈现交叉耐药 。
Objective:To acquire the information about present resistant characteristics of mycoplasma hominis( Mh),especially tetracycline resistant Mh. Methods:A total of 51 isolates of Mh were collected from infection samples in Hengyang. The susceptibity test and tetM determination were performed for each of the strains. Results:A total of 31(60.78%) of 51 strains contained tetM determinant, Of these 31 strains, 25 strains (tetracycline MIC≥32 mg/L) showed cross resistance to minocycline(X G 16.45 mg/L),ciprofloxacin(X G 8 mg/L),doxycycline(X G 5.58 mg/L) and oflaxcin (X G 4.35 mg/L). 51 strains of Mh were highly resistant to roxithromycin and azithromycin (MIC 90 128 mg/L),but sensitive tojosamycin (MIC 90 0.25 mg/L). Conclusion:The results suggest that the tetracycline resistant Mh has cross resistance to minocycline,crprofloxacin,doxycycline,ofloxacin. Jasamycin is still proposed as the first candidated drug of Mh infection.
