摘要
文章运用"语用等效"观对新疆旅游景区的公示语之英译现状作了研究,指出了英译错误的成因,并提出了新疆旅游公示语的英译策略。
The translation quality of public signs in Xinjiang scenic areas is closely concerned with the "face" of the tourism industries in Xinjiang and so it is very important. The paper analyzes, using the Pragmatic Equivalence,the status of the English versions of the public signs in Xinjiang scenic areas, finds the causes of errors in the translation and proposes some measures.
