摘要 目的:研究釉基质蛋白对比格犬恒切牙自体移植后牙周愈合的影响。方法:选取3只比格犬的24颗切牙拔出后在生理盐水纱布中保存30min,然后将对照组12颗切牙直接植入同颌对侧同名牙牙槽窝中,实验组12颗切牙牙根涂釉基质蛋白后也植入对侧牙槽窝中。8周后通过组织学观察牙根的纵切片。结果:两组表面性吸收和炎症性吸收无统计学差异,但实验组牙根替代性骨吸收明显减少。结论:釉基质蛋白可减少牙根的替代性吸收,促进自体移植牙的牙周愈合。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of enamel matrix proteins (EMPs) on periodontal healing after autotransplantation of permanent incisors in Beagle dogs. Methods: A total of 24 incisors of 3 Beagle dogs were selected for autotransplantation after 30 min covered with wet saline gauge; 12 incisors of the control group were implanted in the opposite corresponding positions of the same jaw; 12 incisors of the experimental group were coated with EMPs and then implanted in the same positions. After 8 weeks, the longitudinal section of the incisor roots was observed with histological evaluation. Results: there was no significant difference between the control group and experimental group in surface absorption and inflammatory absorption, but there was significant decrease in replacement resorption. Conclusion: Enamel matrix protein can decrease the re- placement resorption, and promote periodontal healing of autotransplanted teeth.
