周围神经瘢痕研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 周围神经损伤后会形成瘢痕,妨碍周围神经的再生,造成一定的功能障碍和感觉异常。周围神经瘢痕的形成机制已基本明确,针对这些机制,采用物理法与药物法对其干预已在动物实验上取得了一定的效果,部分方法已进入临床应用。通过有效的干预措施可以减少周围神经瘢痕形成,促进神经再生。
