摘要
本文将我国《放射性废物安全管理条例》和俄罗斯《放射性废物管理联邦法律》进行了比较。通过总体立法思路、共有之处的规定差异、各自独有之处三个角度的比较,笔者将俄罗斯放射性废物管理法中值得借鉴的内容加以提炼总结,以供交流。
In this article, the ＂Regulations on Safety of and Federal Law On the Management of Radioactive Waste Radioactive Waste Management＂ of China of Russian were compared, from three as- pects： overall legislative ideas, respective unique place and difference of common parts. Refining summed up should learn the contents of the Federal Law ＂On the Management of Radioactive Waste ＂ of Russian, for the learning exchanges.
