Efficiency and justice are two indispensable factors in developing modern society. Efficiency is the content of nation＇s development and a harmonious social construction, while justice is the basic characteristic of a harmonious society. Meanwhile, the maintenance of social justice is an ingredient of harmonious society. At the backdrop of diverse society, the theory of diverse society, which is considered as the basic theory of social development, becomes the fundamental principle of social management. Only guided by diverse justice, we can search the balance between efficiency and justice so as to forge their dialectical unification and facilitate the sound development of our country and social harmony.
