高校学生党建工作和思想政治教育的协同是加强和创新大学生思想政治教育的重要途径和必然要求。在分析了两者协同的依据及协同基础之上,从目标、师资、途径和评价几个方面探讨了学生党建工作和思想政治教育协同机制的建构。

The synergy between the college-Party construction and ideological political education is the inevitable requirement to strengthening and innovating the ideological and political education. The paper gives the proof and the theoretical basis about the synergy with them, and then studies a synergy mechanism from target, teaching, approaches and evaluation.
