摘要
本文为研究电场作用对氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans A.f.)浸出废弃线路板(WPCB)中铜的作用,从污泥中分离得到A.f.菌。利用该细菌分别在10、20、30、50、100mA直流电场下,水浴30℃,搅拌转速120r/min进行的浸出实验。结果表明适当的直流电能有效控制体系Cu2+中的浓度,维持体系中菌密度,提高了浸出效率。使得氧化亚铁硫杆菌能持续浸出废弃线路板中铜成为可能。
The purpose of this paper was to study the electric field effect of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans( A.f. ) leaching the copper from the waste print circuit board. A.f. bacteria was isolated from the sludge. The leaching experiment was under DC 10,20,30,50,100 mA, water bath 30 ℃ and stirring speed at 120 r/min. The results showed that appropriate dc can effectively control concentration of Cu^2+ , maintain bacteria density and improve the extraction efficiency. Made the Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans can continue to leaching the copper from the waste print circuit board in possible.
