摘要
采用批平衡试验方法,研究了环丙沙星在3种土壤中的吸附行为,结果表明,环丙沙星在不同类型土壤中的吸附均可用Freundlich模型描述,有机质含量高的土壤对环丙沙星的吸附能力较强,这是由于腐殖酸表面的负电荷可以通过阳离子交换作用,桥键作用和氢键与环丙沙星结合。此外土壤中阳离子交换容量对吸附的影响也不容忽视。在不同pH(5.0~9.0)下,土壤对环丙沙星的吸附参数Kd随pH的升高而降低。
Batch equilibrium experiments were used to reveal the adsorption behavior of ciprofloxacin on three different soils, The results showed that the adsorption isotherms were well described by Freundlich model. The soil that contains higher organic matter have a better absorption of ciprofloxacin, which is ascribed to the combination with ciprofloxacin by cation exchange, bridge bond and hydrogen bonding of the negative charged of humic acid, It is also a important factor that the cation exchange capacities for adsorption.. In addition, the sorption coefficients of ciprofloxacin in soil decreased with the increase of pH value in range of 5.0 to 9.0.
