摘要
本文在简要介绍长沙市餐厨垃圾的去向、危害以及有效处置意义的基础上,提出了餐厨垃圾管理以及集中处置对策,为长沙市政府对餐厨垃圾有效管理和处置提供了借鉴意义,实现了餐厨垃圾的"减量化、无害化、资源化、再利用",响应了循环经济理念,符合"两型社会"建设的要求,可以提高长沙市餐厨垃圾综合利用和管理水平,保持环境卫生整洁,切断疾病传播渠道,为长沙争创"食品安全城市"、"环境卫生城市"打下良好的基础。
On the basis of introduction on course, hazards and disposal significance of food residue in Changsha, management and centralized disposal countermeasures of food residue were put forward, it is significant for decision - making of Changsha government. It achieves the effect of reduction, harmless, resources recovery, re - utilization in disposal of food residue, response to concept of circular economy, consistent with requirement of "Resource - Conserving and Environmentally Friendly Society" Construction, it can improve level of the utilization and management of food residue, to keep the environment clean and tidy, to cut off the channels of transmission of disease, to lay a good foundation for construction "Food Safety City" and "Environmental Health City" in Changsha.
