摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法研究铬在鲫鱼体内积累行为,结果表明,溶解态铬在鱼鳃和肌肉的积累,可分别用模拟方程:Y=1.0833ln(x)+0.3102(鱼鳃)、Y=0.1115ln(x)+0.078(肌肉)来表示。蓄积曲线表现为逐渐趋向平缓的形式。
Accumulation of Chromium in C Goldfish were studied with an atom absorption techniques. Accumulation trends of Chromium were observed in gills and muscles could be expressed as Y = 1. 0833ln(x) + 0.3102 (Gills).Y = 0.1115ln (x) + 0. 078 (muscles) . The storage curve could be expressed the shape of gradually tending to mild.
