摘要
随着油田长期注聚开采,高含水O/W型油田聚驱采出液破乳难度加大,油水分离困难。本研究通过筛选高效的原油破乳剂,并开展现场试验研究。研究表明,筛选的原油破乳剂DQ-10进行现场试验,游离水脱除器处理后的油中的含水率平均为5.39%,外输油含水率小于0.3%,脱后污水含油量不超过500mg/L。
With the long - term injecting polymer exploitation for oil field, the demulsifieation difficulty of high water O/W oilfield polymer flooding produced liquid is increased; the oil - water separation is hard. In this study, by selecting high efficiency crude oil demulsifier and conducting a series field tests study, the results show that the crude oil demulsifier selected DQ - 10 for field trials, the average water content is 5.39% in the oil treated by the free water knockout facility, the water content is less than 0.3% in the output oil, the oil content does not exceed 500 mg / L in the effluent.
