摘要
近年来,随着社会经济的迅猛发展,乌鲁木齐市发生了数起突发性环境污染事故,不仅对城市的生态环境造成了一定的破坏,而且严重损害了人民群众的健康安全。本文简要介绍了目前乌鲁木齐市突发环境污染事故应急监测体系建设状况及实际运行效果。
With the rapid development of society and economy, it had happened several sudden environmental pollution incidents in Urumqi, not only damaged the city＇s ecological environment, but also seriously undermined the people＇s health and safety. Based on the actual situation, this article systematically introduces the construction status and actual operation effects of emergency environmental pollution monitoring system in Urumqi.
