摘要
温州市中心片污水处理厂二沉池采用平流式矩形沉淀池,2002年6月投入运行。随着处理量逐渐增加至满负荷,沉淀池存在回流比偏小、污泥层过高、出水跑泥严重、出水水质不稳等问题。为此对沉淀池的设计和安装进行分析,提出改造排泥阀增加回流比、增加指型出水堰长度降低出水堰负荷的技改方案。2010年部分技改实施后,有效解决了回流比偏低、出水严重跑泥的问题,满足日常生产运行。
The secondary sedimentation tank of Wenzhou Central Sewage Treatment Plant adopts horizontal flow settling tank, which was operated in June 2002 formally. As the throughput increases to full load gradually, there are many problems existing in the sedimentation tank, such as: reflux ratio is small, the sludge blanket is too high, effluent with a lot of activated sludge, furthermore, the effluent~ quality is not stable, etc. For these reasons, the design and installation of the tank is analyzed, and a technical improvement proposal was proposed for reforming the sludge valve, increasing reflux ratio, increasing the length of finger - type of effluent weir and decreasing the effluent weir load. After the implementation of some of the technical improvement proposal in 2010, some problems such as small reflux ratio and effluent with a lot of activated sludge are solved effectively so that the requirements of daily production operation are met.
