Discussion on Ecological Protection Measure of Open Pit Coal Mine

本文阐述了煤炭露天开采过程中,在分阶段针对性提出生态保护措施,坚持水土保持、防沙治沙与矿区建设方案同步规划、同步实施,工程措施和生态措施并举的前提下,可使矿区水土流失和沙漠化得到有效的治理。

This paper describes that during the mining process of open pit coal mine, the control of soil and water loss and desertification could be efficiently achieved if the ecological protection measure is proposed by stage and pertinently, soil and water conservation measure is taken, sand prevention and control and the construction method of the mine area is planning and implementing simultaneously, both the engineering measures and ecological measures are adopted.
