摘要
根据测量不确定度评定与表示理论,采用原子荧光法测定水中硒。通过计算和评定,得出当硒的测量结果为3.85ug/L,扩展不确定度U=0.16ug/L,取k=2,则为95%置信概率。该不确定度评定方法在实际工作中具有较强的实用价值。
According to uncertainty theory, the method uncertainty of analyzing selenium in water by AFS was evaluated in this paper. Taken k=2, when the determination result of selenium in water is 3.85ug/L and the expansive uncertainty is 0.16ug/L, then the credit rating is 95%. This evaluation method of uncertainty is of practical value in the determination of the selenium in water.
