环境监测管理工作的相关研究

随着国家经济实力的提升,国民对环境质量、生态效应倍加关注,对环境管理的要求也越来越高,及时、准确的环境监测数据为提高环境质量管理提供科学依据。加强环境监测管理就是要不断提高为环境管理服务的水平,确保监测信息的及进性、针对性、适用性、正确性和科学性。因此,必须强化环境监测机构的管理,建立长效机制,推进环境管理"四化"建设。本文就提高环境管理质量,建立长期高效的环境监测管理机制的问题作了认真的分析,提出了环境监测管理工作方面的一些看法和意见。

with the development of national economy actual strength increase, national environmental quality, pay more attention to ecological effects, environmental management requirements are increasingly high, timely, accurate environmental monitoring data in order to improve the environment quality and management to provide a scientific basis. To strengthen management of environmental monitoring is to constantly improve the environmental management level, ensure the monitoring information and progressive, pertinence, adaptability, accuracy and the scientific nature. Therefore, we must strengthen the management of environmental monitoring organization, establish lasting effect mechanism, promote the environmental management＂ 4 change＂ construction. In this paper, to improve environmental quality management, to establish long-term effective mechanism of the environmental monitoring and management problems made serious analysis, put forward management of environmental monitoring aspect some views and opinions.
