摘要
根据褐煤提质生产储运中涉及的化学品的毒性和燃爆特性、设施规模和操作条件,选择一氧化碳和硫化氢为毒性物质、石脑油和二硫化碳为燃爆物质,进行模式预测及后果评价,结果表明,事故风险值小于当前国内化工、石化行业可接受水平,并针对该项目提出了风险防范措施。
this paper chooses CO and H2 S as toxic substance, petroleum naphtha and CS2 as explosive material to carry through model prediction and consequence prediction based on toxicity and blasting characteristics of the chemicals involved,facility size and operating con- ditions of the Storage and transportation during the lignite coal upgrading process. The result shows that the accident risk value of the project is lower than the acceptable level of the the current domestic chemical industry, petrochemical industry, and risk prevention measures for the project is proposed.
