摘要
本文根据美国EPA的微波消解标准方法,与传统的生物体湿法消解方法比较找到了生物体的微波消解测定铅的最佳方法,主要是探讨了微波消解的最佳条件以及石墨炉定量分析的最佳条件。
According to EPA method, while contrasting with the traditional organic digesting method, we have worked out the optimized microwave method and the most ideal conditions of the graphite ASS method. And for the biological analysis of lead, this is the best way.
