规划环评是控制快速工业化、城市化过程中环境风险的根本手段,对于我国经济发展和环境保护具有双重的积极作用。本文简单分析了环评工作中遇所到的问题,并对解决这些问题的途径加以阐述,希望能为内蒙古未来环评工作的顺利开展提供借鉴。

Environmental assessment is the basic way to control the environmental risk i industrialization and urbanization, it has two positive effect for our economic development and environmental protection. This thesis briefly analysis the problems during doing environmen- tal assessment, and elaborate ways to solve such problems, I hope it can be used to develop Inner Mongolia environmental assessment in fu- ture
