摘要
总氮是衡量水质营养化程度的重要指标之一,应用MultiN/C3000型总有机碳/总氮分析仪测定水中总氮,并与国标紫外分光光度法进行对照实验。结果表明两法无显著性差异,该方法适用于环境监测水中总氮的检测,具有简便、快速、准确等特点。
Total nitrogen is measured to eutrophication water quality one of the important indexes, tile application MuhiN/C3000 type total organic carbon/total nitrogen analyzer determine total nitrogen in water, and with national standard ultraviolet spectrophotometry compari- son experiment. The results show that there no significant differences, this method is applicable to the environmental monitoring the water of total nitrogen testing, it is a simple, rapid, accurate and characteristics.
